No. The retreat suits beginners and experienced guests alike. Because the group is small there is plenty of room for personal guidance, and the classes are adapted to your level.

Absolutely. Many guests travel to a retreat alone, and that is often exactly what makes the connections so good. If you choose a Shared Room, we carefully match you with another guest. Would you rather have a room to yourself? Then choose a Single Room.

We work with an exclusive group of no more than 10 guests. That keeps the experience personal and intimate, with plenty of room for individual attention. This retreat is Women Only.

You book your own flight to Ibiza Airport. After booking you receive all the practical information from us, including recommended flights and the best way to reach the villa.

The transfer to and from Can Rafalet is not included. We are of course happy to help you arrange a taxi, or to share transfer options with the other guests.

Of course. Let us know your dietary needs or allergies in advance, so our private chef can take them into account as far as possible.

Your stay, all Reformer Pilates sessions, daily stretch & recovery classes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, healthy snacks, coffee, tea, water, a welcome package and personal guidance are included. Flights, transfers, travel insurance and any massages are not included.

After you register you receive a confirmation and a payment request. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than eight weeks before the retreat begins.

We recommend comfortable sportswear for the Reformer Pilates classes, swimwear, light clothing for the day, something warm for the evenings and walking shoes if you like. You will receive a full packing list a few weeks before departure.

The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within eight weeks of the start of the retreat, the full retreat fee is due. We therefore recommend taking out good travel and cancellation insurance.
