Reformer Pilates
This retreat is the perfect reset. Five days in which Reformer Pilates, nourishing food and the right balance between effort and ease come together. You return home with new energy, a stronger body and a clear mind.

Strength, mobility and body awareness — every single day.
Every day begins with a Reformer Pilates session in a small group, with plenty of room for personal attention. Whether you are stepping onto a reformer for the first time or have years of experience, each class is tailored to your body and your needs.
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a distinctive form of training in which you work on a purpose-built reformer. The combination of controlled movement and spring resistance builds strength, flexibility, mobility and stability, without putting unnecessary strain on your joints.
The reformer supports you where you need it and challenges you at the same time, which makes the training suitable for every level. Whether this is your first encounter with Reformer Pilates or you already have experience, each class is tailored to your body and your needs.
Throughout the retreat the focus is on quality of movement, personal attention and the experience itself. In a small group we guide you step by step, so you can train with confidence and with pleasure.

A rare setting where movement, calm and nature come together.

Alongside the daily Reformer Pilates sessions we deliberately make time for the body to recover. With slow stretches and gentle movement we release tension, build flexibility and give the body room to restore itself. The breathwork sessions with Anouk Smulders follow on naturally from this. So you do not only grow stronger, you also feel lighter, more supple and more in balance.

During the retreat you train on the premium Studio Reformers from The Reformer Club. Reformers of true studio quality, designed for comfort, stability and a smooth, quiet movement.
Thanks to the solid frame, the ergonomic design and the refined finish, every exercise gives you full support and control. So you can focus entirely on your movement, your technique and the experience of the class.
