Anouk Smulders is known in the Netherlands as a model and television presenter. In 2019, alongside her work in the media, she founded her women's platform Grace and Us.
For seven years she has been hosting women only events around selfcare and personal development, in the Netherlands and abroad. She is a trained breath coach and hikes with a group of women in the Austrian Alps every year.
Her mission
To bring women together and encourage them: to be your own cheerleader, and each other's too. That connection is what creates growth and insight.
During the retreat

Anouk is a trained breath coach and leads the breathwork sessions during the retreat. Calm, guided breathing that lets tension drop away and clears your head — a natural counterweight to the effort on the reformer.She also takes you out onto the island. Anouk hikes with a group of women in the Austrian Alps every year; on Ibiza she walks with you through the hills of Sant Joan de Labritja, preferably early, while the light is still low and the island is still quiet.
